Plumbing Scope: Installed All sewer laterals, sanitary sewer and storm drainage to 155 new apartment units with 3 level parking garage (7 levels ) and common areas with 1 public restroom ranging in sizes from 12" sch 40 pvc solid core to 1" 1/2 cellular core.Installed all new domestic water systems servicing the same 155 new apartment units and common areas with 1 public restroom ranging in size from 4" to 1/2" type L copper, Sch 80 cpvc, and pex materials. Fixtures and scope included but not limited to low boy water heaters, automatic sloan flush valves, 4" backflow preventer, hot water re-circulation system, ADA code compliant bathrooms, 250 GAL. sand/oil interceptor, drains for pool and pool area, hookup and final installation of kitchen equipment and fireproofing of all plumbing penetrations.
Plumbing Scope: Installed all plumbing utility site work for Storm, Sewer, Domestic water, and fire. Including but not limited to meter vault for 4" ductile water service, dual grate inlets for storm, and bio-swells for garden area. Ranging in sizes of 30" to 1/2" with material being type L copper, ductile, sch. 40 solid core, sch. 35 pvc, and sch. 80 cpvc. the same 140 new hotel units and common areas with 2 public restrooms ranging in size from 4" to 1/2" type
L copper, Sch 80 cpvc, and pex materials. Fixtures
and scope included but not limited to high efficiency 100
gallon 100,000 btu water heaters, automatic sloan flush valves, 4" backflow preventer, hot water re-circulation system, ADA code compliant bathrooms, 1,000 GAL. Grease interceptor, hookup and final installation of kitchen equipment and fireproofing of all plumbing penetrations.

Plumbing Scope: Installation of sewer ejector pump,
PVC drains and lines, grease trap, water line
connections, fixtures (lavatory, sinks, faucets, urinals,
etc), water heater, mop sink, hook up of kitchen
equipment, 6"� fire sprinkler water main and shut
off boxes.
